The 2019 International Workshop on Emerging Technologies in Computer Networks and Communication (2019年计算机网络与通信新兴技术国际研讨会)(CNC 2019)

November 12-14, 2019 Guangzhou, China and November 15, 2019 Baoji, China

CNC 2019 Workshop will be held in conjunction The 5th International Conference on Dependability in Sensor, Cloud, and Big Data Systems and Applications (2019年第五届传感器,云和大数据系统及应用可靠性国际会议) (DependSys 2019)

Introduction

Emerging technologies are such new technologies that are intended for upgrading socio-economical values. Emerging technology can be described as a novel technology in the current fast-growing technological advancement characterized by a certain amount of consistency persevering over time and with the capacity to make a considerable impact on the socio-economic domains. Research on emerging technology should a prominent impact in the prospect of upcoming future and the emergence phase is still somewhat indeterminate and abstruse but can finally bring the paybacks to civilization in terms of ecological ethical and economic development and growth.

The workshop invites high quality papers in the broad areas related to computing, communication, networks, cloud and big data, and Internet of things. Proposals for tutorials, special sessions, forums, demos, exhibitions are cordially encouraged. The aimof thisworkshop is to provide a prestigious, cutting-edge platform for the researchers and computer engineers to exchange and explore state-of-art advances and novelties in graceful integrations of computing, communication and networks. Potential submissions may also cover the fundamental methodological studies or the use case and application demonstrations.

Submission & Publication:

All papers need to be submitted electronically through the conference website CNC2019 with PDF format. Papers must be clearly presented in English, must not exceed 12 pages in Springer LNCS format (or up to 16 pages with the pages over length charge), including tables, figures, references and appendices. Papers will be selected based on their originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation assessed by at least three reviewers. Submission of a paper should be regarded as a commitment that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will register and attend the conference to present the work.. All accepted papers will be published by Springer LNCS (EI& Scopus Indexed, ). One outstanding paper will be selected to receive the Best Paper Award.

Authors are invited to submit their original research work using ConferenceProceedings format via DependSys2019 website: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=CNC2019 Workshop & Special Session papers (6 pages) should explore a specific technology problem and propose a complete solution to it, with experimental results. Work-in Progress (WiP) Papers (5~6 pages). Extended versions of selected papers will be recommended for fast-track publication in Special Issues journals (SCI/EI indexed).
